Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Kabir Desert Resort, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation terms are outlined below:
- Free Cancellation: Up to 7 days before scheduled check-in time (2:00 PM). Full 100% refund processed within 5-7 business days.
- 50% Charge: Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days prior to arrival date will incur a 50% retention charge.
- Non-refundable: Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival or in case of a no-show are subject to 100% retention.
- Peak Season Bookings: For stays during Diwali week, Christmas, and New Year's Eve (Dec 22 - Jan 2), reservations are non-refundable after confirmation.
